Customer Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities -
- Events High gets lots of queries from customer regarding events that they wish to attend. Your job would be to respond to customer queries via email and calls.
- Outbound efforts to call customers to understand their pain points and any issues that they may have faced while using our product.
- Ensure that each consumer request has been responded within a certain time period.
- Follow up with event organizers to answer user specific queries.
- Respond to queries or comments posted on our social media channels.
In short, you are going to be the interface between Events High and its audience.
Requirements -
- Excellent people management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Min Experience - 0. Freshers are welcome.
- Max Experience - 3 yrs.
- Very comfortable with social media.
- Passionate, self-driven individual with a keen eye for perfection and little-details
- Interest in events space is a big plus.
Salary range - 20K - 30K per month
